All bookings require a deposit, once booking is confirmed you will be contacted to organise your deposit and any other follow up's required pre appointment. 

Please be aware Anti Wrinkle appointments required a consultation a minimum of 24 hours before treatment.

All treatments require a face to face consultation prior to booking, this is charged at a £10 non refundable fee, this is redeemable off treatments with us. 

In the event of late cancellations or no shows full payment will be required up front.
